Rules for using TrailIndonesia and booking tours.
By booking on TrailIndonesia, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
- A booking is valid once payment has been received and its status is Paid.
- Held spots are released automatically if payment is not completed in time.
- The prices and policies that apply are those saved with your booking at the time you booked.
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Payment
- Payments are cashless only: bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, or card.
- We do not accept cash.
Participants and safety
- Participants must follow the guide's instructions during the trip.
- The guide may shorten or stop the trip for safety reasons.
- Age, height, and skill requirements are stated on every tour; please answer them honestly.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation, weather, and refund rules are on the Cancellation & Refund page and on every tour.
Language
These terms are also available in Indonesian. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
