Data we collect

• Name, email, and WhatsApp number of the person booking.
• Booking details: tour, date, number of people, and payment.
• Details of each participant for trip safety: name, date of birth, WhatsApp number (optional), emergency contact, and health notes (optional). Emergency contacts and health notes are stored encrypted.
• Acceptance of the Participant Risk Acknowledgement (time and version of the accepted text).

What we use data for

• Confirming your booking and sending trip information.
• Contacting you if the schedule or weather changes.
• Preparing the participant list for the guides on the day of departure.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by TrailIndonesia.

How long we keep data

Contact data is kept as long as needed for the booking and administrative obligations, then deleted according to the retention period set by the operator.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data on WhatsApp.
