How to book

1. Choose a tour

Open Explore, then check the route, difficulty, what is included, and the cancellation policy on the tour page.

2. Choose a date and the number of people

Pick a departure that still has spots, the number of people (or bike types), and any extras. The total price is shown right away, with no hidden fees.

3. Hold your spots and pay

Your spots are held for 30 minutes after you press "Hold my spots". Pay by bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, or card before the time runs out.

4. Fill in participant details

On your booking page, fill in each participant's details and accept the Participant Risk Acknowledgement.

5. Ready to go

Meeting point details and the start time are in My Trips. We will message you on WhatsApp if the weather or schedule changes.
