Cancellation & Refund

The rules below apply in general. The binding rules are those stated on the tour page and saved with your booking when you booked.

Regular trips

• Cancel at least 48 hours before the start: 100% refund or a free date change.
• Cancel 24–48 hours before the start: 50% refund, or one free date change if spots are still available.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the start or no-show: no refund.

Private trips

• Cancel at least 7 days before the start: 100% refund.
• Cancel 3–7 days before the start: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days: no refund, but you can change the date once if a slot is available.

Cancelled by the operator

If the trip is cancelled because of bad weather, an unsafe trail, or too few participants, you can choose a 100% refund or a new date.

Refund process

• Changing a participant's name is free any time before the trip.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days; transfer fees are paid by the operator.
