Participant Risk Acknowledgement

Outdoor adventure activities (cycling, trekking, river trips, camping, and others) carry risks that cannot be removed entirely, even though the operator provides guides, equipment, and safety plans.

By accepting this acknowledgement, the participant confirms that they

• Are in good health and able to handle the tour's difficulty level, and have read the participant requirements.
• Have shared any health conditions or allergies the guide should know about.
• Will wear the safety equipment provided (e.g. helmet, life jacket) and follow the guide's instructions.
• Understand that the guide may change the route, postpone, or stop the activity for safety reasons.
• Are responsible for their own belongings.
• For participants under 17, consent is given by the parent/guardian who joins the trip or who fills in these details.

Emergency data

Emergency contacts and health notes are only used for safety during the trip, stored encrypted, and deleted according to the data retention period.

Language

This acknowledgement is also available in Indonesian. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
