    Check the route, difficulty, what is included, and the cancellation policy before you choose.

  2. Pick a date & hold your spot

    Choose a departure and the number of people. Your spots are held for 30 minutes while you pay.

  3. Pay & go

    Pay cashless (bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet or card). Meeting point details are in My Trips.

How to book
I am a beginner. Can I join?

Yes. Every tour lists its difficulty level and participant requirements. Choose a tour marked Easy or ask us for a recommendation.

What if it rains?

Light rain is fine. If the weather is bad or the trail is unsafe, the trip is postponed or cancelled and you can choose a 100% refund or a new date.

How do I pay?

Payments are cashless: bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, or card. We do not accept cash.

Can I book a private trip for my own group?

Yes. Request a private trip from the tour page; the date and route can be adjusted for your group.

If I cancel, do I get my money back?

It depends on when you cancel. The full rules are on the Cancellation & Refund page and on every tour.
